My stay at the hotel was rather mixed. While it's close to Paulista street, the surrounding neighborhood on Augusta Avenue left much to be desired, which is definitely a downside. My room was decent but not remarkable, and I had a frustrating experience with the service when my luggage was removed due to a misunderstanding about my late check-out request. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The room was decent, but not exceptional, and I felt it wasn't quite worth the price I paid. I stayed at the hotel for just one night, and while it’s reasonably close to Paulista street, the surrounding neighborhood isn’t very appealing. The room was just okay and not quite what I'd call a good value for money. A significant downside was that the staff moved my luggage to reception because I didn't check out by noon, even after they had confirmed my request for a late checkout. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and I probably won’t be returning.
