Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was rather mixed. While it's close to Paulista street, the surrounding neighborhood on Augusta Avenue left much to be desired, which is definitely a downside. My room was decent but not remarkable, and I had a frustrating experience with the service when my luggage was removed due to a misunderstanding about my late check-out request. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it’s not too far from Paulista Street, the surrounding area on Augusta Avenue left something to be desired. The room was decent, but not exceptional, and I felt it wasn't quite worth the price I paid. The incident with my luggage being moved to reception after I was promised a late checkout was also frustrating. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
I stayed at the hotel for just one night, and while it’s reasonably close to Paulista street, the surrounding neighborhood isn’t very appealing. The room was just okay and not quite what I'd call a good value for money. A significant downside was that the staff moved my luggage to reception because I didn't check out by noon, even after they had confirmed my request for a late checkout. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and I probably won’t be returning.
I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. While it was decent enough for a night's stay, the neighborhood isn't the best, especially around Augusta Avenue. The room, while acceptable, didn't really impress me considering the price. To top it off, the service from the staff was frustrating when they moved my luggage due to a misunderstanding about my late checkout request.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and while it has some decent aspects, there were definitely some drawbacks. The proximity to Paulista street is a plus, but the surrounding area isn’t the nicest. The room was adequate but didn’t really provide value for money, especially considering my issues with the service. Overall, I don't think I would return after this experience.
